You buy Bot Commander once. You own it forever. Use it however you want. We're not liable if something goes wrong. You're responsible for how you use it. That's the deal.
By downloading, installing, or using Bot Commander (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control.
Bot Commander is sold as a one-time purchase with no recurring fees or subscriptions. The price may change at any time, but changes do not affect licenses already purchased.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
We provide community support via Discord and documentation. We do not guarantee response times or issue resolution.
The Software integrates with third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) and optional services (Gmail, Coinbase, GitHub, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, not ours.

The Software operates locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are solely responsible for:
The Software uses large language models to generate text, code, and other content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using AI-generated content. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI output.
The Software includes optional integrations with cryptocurrency exchanges and financial platforms. These tools are provided for informational and operational purposes only.
We are not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions and transactions made using the Software.
Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk. You may lose money. Trade at your own risk.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the Software's release notes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
