Bot Commander is available free of charge. Use it responsibly: you remain responsible for how you configure the application, the providers you connect, and the actions you authorize.
By downloading, installing, or using Bot Commander (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control.
The Bot Commander application is available free of charge. Connected AI providers and third-party services may charge their own usage fees, which you pay directly to those providers under their terms.
Optional Astra Alliance contributions and separately offered products are governed by the terms presented at checkout. Recurring support continues until canceled. Refunds, reversals, and payment disputes are handled according to the applicable checkout terms and law.
The Editable Source Pack is a separate, version-matched, proprietary source-available product. Its included license permits the entitled account holder to inspect, modify, build, and run working copies for personal or internal business use. It does not permit publication, resale, third-party hosting, sublicensing, or redistribution unless Bot Commander grants separate written permission. Hosted account, payment, entitlement, NFT-redemption, $BOT distribution, signing, update-publication, credential, customer-data, and private deployment systems are not included.
Separate product. The Editable Source Pack is a one-time purchase that includes ongoing released Source Pack updates while the entitlement remains valid. This applies to existing and new purchases and qualifying NFT entitlements. Purchasing a Source Pack does not transfer ownership of Bot Commander, its trademarks, hosted services, or private infrastructure.
Account and delivery. The purchase entitlement is assigned to the Bot Commander account associated with the email used at checkout. The purchaser signs in with that email through Bot Commander or the Source Pack download page to obtain the package. Bot Commander verifies the entitlement and delivers the archive through a private, short-lived download URL. The purchaser is responsible for keeping their account and downloaded archive secure.
Permitted use. Subject to continued compliance with these Terms, the entitled account holder receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to inspect, modify, compile, build, and run the included source code for personal use and internal use within a business they own or control. The account holder may create reasonable backup copies for those permitted uses.
Prohibited use. Unless separately authorized in writing by Bot Commander, the Source Pack or any substantial portion of it may not be published, shared publicly, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, transferred to another account, used to provide a hosted or managed service to third parties, or used to create or distribute a substantially similar competing product. Proprietary notices may not be removed or obscured.
Excluded systems and materials. The package includes only the files listed in its accompanying integrity manifest. It excludes Bot Commander’s hosted account administration, payment and durable-entitlement authority, NFT-redemption authority, $BOT treasury and distribution systems, production credentials, code-signing and public-release configuration, customer databases, unrelated company assets, and unrelated game assets.
Updates and compatibility. Each released Source Pack identifies its matching application version and includes build and upgrade instructions. Updates do not automatically install or merge into customized source. Developers are responsible for backups, installation, merging, resolving conflicts, testing, and deployment. Support covers reproducible defects in the documented, unmodified source build. Hands-on installation, custom development, deployment assistance, and guaranteed compatibility of modifications are not included in the purchase.
Payments, refunds, and revocation. Price, taxes, and any refund terms are presented at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. A refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or successfully disputed transaction may cause the associated entitlement and download access to be revoked.
Ownership. Bot Commander and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Source Pack and all intellectual property not expressly licensed above. No implied license is granted.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
We provide community support via Discord and documentation. We do not guarantee response times or issue resolution.
The Software integrates with third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) and optional services (Gmail, Coinbase, GitHub, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, not ours.
We are not responsible for:
The Software is local-first. Data used only by local features remains on your device, while information you deliberately send to connected AI providers, third-party integrations, Bot Commander account services, collaboration features, recognition systems, or hosted services is transmitted as needed to provide those features. You are solely responsible for:
The Software uses large language models to generate text, code, and other content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using AI-generated content. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI output.
The Software includes optional integrations with cryptocurrency exchanges and financial platforms. These tools are provided for informational and operational purposes only.
We are not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions and transactions made using the Software.
Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk. You may lose money. Trade at your own risk.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. If a Source Pack license is terminated, you must also stop using and delete the Source Pack and derivative working copies, except to the extent retention is required by law.
Sections 3.1 (to the extent concerning restrictions and ownership), 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the Software's release notes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
