Work in the same business
Give your people access to shared business records and collaboration workflows through your configured Team server.
BOT COMMANDER TEAM
Bring your team into a shared Bot Commander business. Each person signs in with their own account, works from their own device, and gets access based on their role.
The same Command Center you already know, with business sharing and permissions added.
Give your people access to shared business records and collaboration workflows through your configured Team server.
Invite colleagues with individual accounts and role-based permissions. Access follows the person, rather than a shared login.
Other businesses can remain local in the same app. Joining Team does not turn every personal record into a shared business record.
Solo and Team use the same Bot Commander desktop application. Team adds sharing and permissions to the established workflows; you do not need a different desktop edition for each person.
The business server holds shared records and supports connected workstations. Your administrator configures the server, connection, and access. Windows and Linux server packages are available separately from the desktop installer.
A seat is for a person, not a device. The owner uses one of the included seats. Each additional pack adds five people to the same business.
| People | Included seats and packs | Monthly total |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 5 | Base subscription | $47 |
| Up to 10 | Base + one five-person pack | $76 |
| Up to 15 | Base + two five-person packs | $105 |
| Up to 20 | Base + three five-person packs | $134 |
Hosting and AI provider usage are billed separately. Review the final charges in checkout. Adding seats during a billing period may create a prorated charge; packs renew with the subscription.
Install or update Bot Commander, sign in, and open the Team upgrade for the intended business.
Choose how many people need access. Continue through the in-app checkout and verify activation for that business.
Have your administrator prepare the business server and connect it to the desktop app. The desktop installer does not install or configure the server for you.
Once the business is connected, invite colleagues and set their roles. They use their own accounts to join from their workstations.
No. The Team subscription, server hosting, and AI usage are separate. Administrator-managed hosting requires server setup and an available host. BotCom-hosted provisioning is still in development.
A new Team business can start empty after its host is ready. Guided migration of existing local records is not currently part of the setup flow. Keep existing records and backups until a supported migration path has been reviewed.
No. Seats count people. Each person can use multiple devices with their own account.
Team retains Bot Commander's supported provider choices. The business owner manages business connections and credentials; availability and charges depend on the providers and services selected.
