Bot Commander v0.2.345: Stronger Continuous Operations, Clearer Feature Proof, and Safer Workflows

Bot Commander v0.2.345: Stronger Continuous Operations, Clearer Feature Proof, and Safer Workflows

Bot Commander v0.2.345 is now available.

This release makes it easier to turn Bot Commander into a reliable operating system for everyday life, creative work, and small-business execution—without losing sight of what your AI team is doing, why it is doing it, or where your approval is required.

The headline improvement is a new owner-maintained Features & Benefits catalog that connects product capabilities to customer value, supporting proof, and release history. Alongside it, v0.2.345 strengthens Auto Ops, marketing analytics, content and publishing review boundaries, Website Studio safeguards, and public-build reliability.

Bot Commander remains a free AI Home & Business Automation System for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It helps you coordinate specialized AI agents from one private desktop command center while keeping consequential actions under your control.

Turn Features Into Clear, Reviewable Customer Stories

A strong product story needs more than a list of capabilities. It needs to answer practical questions:

In v0.2.345, Bot Commander adds an owner-maintained Features & Benefits catalog designed to keep those answers organized and current.

The catalog brings together availability, customer benefit, proof, and release history in one working record. Owners can maintain entries directly, use bulk paste or import workflows, and receive a release-time reminder to keep the catalog aligned with the product.

This matters when you are planning content, campaigns, product pages, announcements, or sales materials. Instead of rebuilding context from scattered notes and older drafts, you can maintain a clearer source for feature-led communication.

The release also introduces a guarded handoff for preparing feature-led Owner Ideas. Bot Commander can help assemble the underlying material, but it does not independently approve narration, render creative, change campaign rotation, spend money, or publish. The owner remains the decision-maker at every consequential step.

Auto Ops Now Has Stronger Guardrails for Continuous Work

Bot Commander is built to do more than answer prompts. It coordinates useful work across home, personal, office, and business workflows—while making that work visible.

In v0.2.345, Auto Ops becomes more durable and easier to supervise. The updated operational view makes it clearer when work is:

That visibility is important when several agents, projects, collaborators, or tools are involved. You should be able to see what is moving forward, what needs attention, and what is waiting for a decision rather than wondering whether work disappeared into an automated process.

This release also improves bounded delegation, restart recovery, collaborator handoffs, and decision requests. Bot Commander is better at recovering work after interruptions, routing tasks with clearer limits, and bringing the right question to the owner when a decision is genuinely needed.

Just as importantly, Auto Ops now better suppresses repeated assignments and duplicate owner questions. That means less noise when work is already underway and fewer unnecessary interruptions when the system has enough information to continue within its defined boundaries.

For a solo founder, this can mean a more orderly handoff from research to content planning to review. For a home manager, it can mean recurring coordination remains visible instead of becoming another background system to monitor. For a small team, it provides a clearer shared picture of what is active, waiting, blocked, and complete.

Marketing Analytics Are Easier to Read at a Glance

The redesigned marketing overview in v0.2.345 makes campaign activity more legible without turning analytics into another disconnected dashboard.

The update adds live social-network coverage, platform icons, recent engagement signals, campaign selection, clearer at-a-glance metrics, and more reliable reporting across platforms and product lanes.

For creators, operators, and small businesses, the practical value is simple: you can more quickly connect content activity to the campaign or product lane it supports. Instead of treating publishing, engagement, reporting, and planning as separate jobs across separate tools, Bot Commander helps bring them into a coordinated operational view.

The release also improves TikTok engagement ingestion and attribution-stage handling, helping the system manage incoming signals more reliably as campaigns move from planning through distribution and review.

Better Boundaries for Content, Campaigns, and Publishing

Creating content with AI is easy. Managing the drafts, approvals, handoffs, and publishing risks around that content is the harder problem.

This release strengthens Bot Commander’s long-form creation workflow, community-announcement previews, review boundaries, blog publishing safeguards, and campaign handoffs. It also improves how edited drafts are handled so that current work remains distinct from older copies.

That distinction matters. A polished, reviewed draft should not be confused with an earlier version simply because both exist in the workflow. v0.2.345 helps maintain a clearer path from working draft to review-ready artifact to approved action.

The goal is not to let automation publish unchecked material. The goal is to let AI move the useful preparatory work forward while preserving explicit owner approval for consequential actions.

Publishing, sending communications, spending, changing accounts, and destructive actions should stop for review. Their status and history should remain visible. Bot Commander is designed around that operating principle.

Website Studio Adds Safer Project and Publishing Controls

Website work often crosses planning, design, copy, files, customer tools, publishing systems, and final verification. v0.2.345 adds stronger continuity and safeguards to Website Studio so that work can move forward with more structure.

The update includes persistent project lifecycle state, safer WordPress pull and publish boundaries, visual page verification, guarded design handoff, and broader routing across sites and tools.

For app creators, consultants, founders, and small teams, this means Bot Commander can better support the full shape of a website project without assuming authority to make every decision on your behalf.

Visual page verification adds an important practical checkpoint: work should be checked as work, not merely assumed correct because a task was marked complete. Guarded handoffs and publishing boundaries keep the owner involved where decisions have external consequences.

The broader routing improvements also avoid hardcoded customer domains or local paths, supporting more flexible use across different projects and environments.

More Reliable Collaboration and Public Builds

A command center is only useful if it can be trusted to recover, report problems clearly, and separate public software from private business data.

v0.2.345 improves structured-output failure reporting, agent collaboration convergence, attribution-stage handling, Auto Ops recovery, and public-build tenancy checks.

In plain terms, Bot Commander is improving its ability to surface failures more clearly, help collaborating agents converge on usable results, and recover operational work more reliably after interruptions.

The release also completes work around the in-app Editable Source Pack product record, checkout handoff, entitlement checks, secure short-lived download delivery, and public-build isolation testing. The isolation work is especially important: public builds should not embed private Bot Commander business data.

Bot Commander’s complete app remains free, with no paid feature tiers. Users bring their preferred AI providers and remain responsible for any fees those providers charge. Source Code is offered separately for developers and builders who want to own, study, or customize the system.

A Smaller Windows Installer Without Removing the Demonstrations

v0.2.345 also reduces the Windows installer payload by roughly 125 MB by removing a duplicate bundled copy of large public assets.

The two demonstration rooms and demo reel remain included. Mountain Lake Office and Ocean Command Room are still bundled demonstrations, so they do not require a first-use room download.

It is a practical packaging improvement: less unnecessary installer weight while retaining the included experiences that help show how Bot Commander brings Work and Play together.

One Command Center, More Visible Progress

Bot Commander is not asking you to abandon every tool you already use. It is designed to coordinate work with connected tools while reducing the need to stitch together chatbots, automation services, files, calendars, publishing workflows, dashboards, and repeated manual routines.

Whether you are managing a household, studying, operating a small business, building an app, running a creative practice, or coordinating a growing team, v0.2.345 strengthens the systems that help work continue responsibly:
